KDDI Goes LTE

Japan's KDDI Corp. is seriously considering abandoning its CDMA2000 heritage and going with Long-Term Evolution (LTE) for its next-generation mobile broadband technology, according to a report in the Japanese newspaper Daily Yomiuri.
