3G Americas hosted an HSPA / LTE 101 Workshop co-located with the GSM Association North America meetings in Clearwater Beach, FL on Feb. 21, 2008. You can download their presentation slides from the link. They are mostly marketing presentations but a good source of up-to-date timeline of the LTE market.
