Nokia said it has not entered into an exclusive deal with Verizon Wireless to produce a high-end touchscreen handset for Verizon's Long Term Evolution (LTE) network.
The handset maker contacted the blog Engadget and said, "While we have not entered into any exclusive agreement for 4G touch screen device development as is being reported, we will continue to follow and pursue developments as a normal course of business." It was first reported earlier this week in an article in TheStreet that the companies were working together on such a device.
