Nokia Siemens Networks said it was establishing a “center of competence” in Dallas dedicated to developing LTE for the North American market. The center is expected to employ approximately 500 people, including current Nokia Siemens workers and new hires.
This announcement seems like a repeat of NSN's previous announcement back in Dec. of 2008 (see Nokia Siemens Networks Elevates LTE Commitment in North America). - Hyung
