Source: 3GPP
3GPP is achieving the goal of unifying the world behind a single cellular standard. This means that LTE and the Evolved Packet System (EPS) are applicable to an even wider set of deployment and migration scenarios than ever before.

At the September Plenary meetings, in Seville, Spain, Adrian Scrase - the Head of the 3GPP Mobile Competence Centre - interviewed each of the TSG Chairmen about the impact of this success on the way that they work and on the future of the Project.

* Service & Systems Aspects Chairman: Stephen Hayes
* GSM EDGE Radio Access Network Chairman: Andrew Howell
* Radio Access Network Chairman: Takehiro Nakamura
* Core Network & Terminals Chairman: Hannu Hietalahti
