Source: GSMA Mobile Business Briefing
3 Denmark has emerged as the surprise winner of the largest block of LTE spectrum being auctioned off in Denmark, reports Telegeography. According to the Danish regulator (Telestyrelsen), 3 Denmark won the largest block comprising 2x10MHz paired and 25MHz unpaired spectrum in the 2.5GHz band suitable for LTE.

I think this is not really a true characterization of the situation. You cannot use all the 25MHz for TDD due to the necessity of guardbands etc which means that it is not as good as it looks. Therefore the lack of 20MHz wide FDD spectrum makes them the losers rather than a winner.
